- Our team will provide you with a personalized quote, including pricing and availability, within 24 hours.
- Review the quote and confirm your rental by making the required deposit payment.

- After the event, our team will promptly dismantle and collect the rental items.

Payment Terms
At O’Aces Casino Events, we offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. To confirm your rental reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your rental reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 30 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

By renting our equipment and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Any damages caused to the rental items beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter.
- The renter is liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the use of our equipment, unless directly caused by our negligence.
- Changes to the rental order must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the event.
- If the rented equipment is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or offer a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any rental order at our discretion.
