Responsibilities of an ASU Event Staff Supervisor

As an ASU Event Staff Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and managing event staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service
  • Coordinating event logistics, including setup and breakdown of equipment and materials
  • Overseeing the execution of casino games, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during events
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all participants

With your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle demanding situations, you will provide effective leadership and guidance to the event staff, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience in event management, preferably in the casino or hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Basic knowledge of casino games and regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • ASU Event Staff Supervisor certification is a plus
