Are you passionate about the gambling industry? Do you have excellent organizational and leadership skills? O’Aces Casino Events is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Crew Lead to oversee the setup and dismantling process for our casino events.

Responsibilities of a Field Crew Lead

As a Field Crew Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of event staff members. Your primary duties will include:

  • Supervising the setup and breakdown of casino equipment at event venues
  • Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in optimal working condition
  • Training and guiding the field crew team members
  • Collaborating with event planners to organize logistics and resolve any issues
  • Overseeing the transportation of equipment to and from event sites
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Requirements for the Position

To be considered for the Field Crew Lead position, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Prior experience in event setup and dismantling, preferably in the casino or entertainment industry
  2. Strong leadership and organizational skills
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  5. Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment
  6. Flexible schedule, as the position may require working evenings and weekends
  7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
