Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting guests with inquiries and providing information about our services
  • Ensuring a smooth check-in process for guests
  • Managing guest accounts and tracking casino play
  • Operating POS systems for cash transactions
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints

Qualifications

To excel as a Guest Service Representative, we look for the following qualifications:

  1. Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  4. Basic knowledge of casino games and regulations (preferred)
  5. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
